I have been pleased with Urban’s services twice in six months, whether it is the telephone reception, very pleasant and efficient, or the on-site reception. For the moment the two “experienced” apartments were perfect for any point of view (comfort, cleanliness, location …) The little touches, like cherries and fruit juice in June, show interest to customers.It is obvious that during another stay Lyon, I will appeal Urban services.
