The only inconvenience encountered was the elevator, often out of order, while I had selected this apartment for its high floor and its terrace overlooking the rooftops of Lyon since there was an elevator (I have a handicap) . The owner, very friendly, did his best, but suddenly, I had to group my outputs to reduce the 6 floors to climb. Finally, nothing to do with the service of Urban Stay, but my mother died during my stay, I had to shorten the rental of 3 nights, although I understand everything the owner, a commercial gesture would have been appreciated. That said, the apartment is very nice and cozy … I would go back gladly except that I am suspicious of the elevator ….

appart very nice but ikea low-end furniture (coffee table and bench had to be changed), few dishes and dishes, very noisy school down and many annoying neighbors because no sound insulation at all!
on the other hand proprio ruler and nice, perfect terrace
short very good for very short stay in WE or holidays, not suitable for a longer stay as for me
