How to book an apartment for a long-term stay ?

We will send you a list of available accommodations that can be booked for long-term rental, from a few months to several years if needed. You will receive :

  • A description of the apartment, with its characteristics, appliances and equipment.
  • A web link to see photos of the rooms and, in case of some flats, a virtual 3D visit.
  • The monthly rent and the total rent price.

If you chose and apartment for a long-term stay or yearly rental, we will send you a booking option by email, with :

  • The apartment’s exact address
  • A secured payment link for the down payment of 15 % of the total rent.
    Upon request, you can pay it by bank transfer as well.

At the reception of you down payment, our bank will send you a proof of payment.

Within maximum 48 hours, you will receive the contract by email, as well as the payment procedure for the balance of the rent, the security deposit and the check-in information.

 

   

The notion of “long-term rental” may be different depending on the type of rental.
In unfurnished rental, tenants move into the premises for several years, 3 to 5 years on average.

As the name suggests, the housing is  rented out out with no furniture, and the tenant will therefore have to furnish the flat themselves. This can be very tedious. It is also one of the main reasons why tenants rent apartments for several years in a row. It should also be taken into account that the duration of the rental contract is of 3 years (compared to 1 year for furnished rentals).
The tenant commits for 3 years and the lease is tacitly renewed. However, if the tenant decides to leave before the end of the contract, he can do so with prior notice.
