I have been staying in this apartment for over two years and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment has everything one needs including plenty of linens and a very well equipped kitchen, which you don’t always find in long term apartments. The few times that I have had issues or questions, Urban Sejour has been quick to respond and insures that I am fully satisfied. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Urban Sejour to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable short or long term stay in Lyon. Thank you Mirena, Benoit and Eloïse.
We have LOVED staying in this apartment! When we leave in a few weeks, we will have stayed at the apartment for 5 months. We are a family of 4, and we had more than enough room for all of us. The location cannot be beat – the apartment is just a few blocks from the 3rd Arrondissment, and across the bridge from Bellecour. The T1 tram is a 3-block walk, or you can walk a few more to get to the Metro D line, or across the bridge to Bellcour to get the A line. The apartment is directly across the street from a fabulous year-round outdoor public pool – awesome!
The apartment has everything you need, and if for some reason you feel you need something else, Benoit and Mirena are always just a phone call, text/WhatsApp or email away – and are so quick to respond and help out.
We had a car for the entire time we lived here, and only had a problem finding a parking spot 2-3 times. Otherwise, super easy. We would highly recommend working with Mirena, and booking this apartment!
Of course there is some street noise, since the apartment is overlooking a 3-lane street. However, with the windows closed, it’s not disruptive at all! We often had the doors to the balcony open, and only closed them for sleeping.
We declined the cleaning service, so didn’t comment about it below.

Nice furniture but not up to bedding – size and quality. Lack a little cooking equipment for us who have spent 2 months. Otherwise, very nice, well decorated, well located. Good experience.
This is a wonderful apartment in an ideal location. Kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled to top standards. The bedrooms are spacious as is the living room. The high ceilings and large windows provide an expansive feel. The apartment look straight out to the Rhone River and the Basilique Notre Dame de Fourvière. Truly one of the best views in Lyon. Near to public transportation and shopping.
Mirena Ilieva at Urban Sejour provided superior service in helping us rent and move into this apartment. Indeed, she went beyond the call of duty to stay up until 1:30 am to greet us when our plane arrived late.
I highly recommend this apartment and Urban Sejour.
