Urban Séjour will confirm your reservation by e-mail, after receiving a deposit of 15%, payed by Credit Card (secure on-line payment system), or by cheque.

Our tariffs include a number of free services :
– A personal welcome from the owner
– High speed Internet connection (Broadband or Wifi ) unlimited access
– TV and DVD player
– Cleaning service provided at the end of the stay
– Cleaning carried out weekly for stays longer than 11 days
– Household linen provided and renewed each week for stays longer than 11 days
– No extra agency fees
– No local or residence taxes to pay
– No extra charges for electricity, gas, insurance…

TOURIST TAX for furnished apartments and holiday cottages
0.88 Euros per person and per night (if 1 CLE or * STAR),
0.99 Euros per person and per night (if 2 CLES or ** STARS or if the accommodation is not labelized),
1.10 Euros per person and per night( if 3 CLES or *** STARS).

TOURIST TAX for BED and BREAKFAST rooms
0.99 Euros per person and per night.

The children of less than 13 years are exempted.

Our tariffs are subject to a sliding scale and decrease :
From 3 or 4 nights for B & B accommodation
From the 2nd week for apartments and gites

For apartments and guest houses, a deposit against damages will be demanded, either in the form of a cheque or cash, when you collect the keys. The amount payable appears in the detailed information which is provided for all our accommodation.

Exhibitions or Show periods
During the following periods, we apply a surcharge of a 30% on our rates:
From the 29/11/2010 night to the 11/12/2010 morning – POLLUTEC show and Fête des Lumières,
From the 21/01/2011 night to the 26/01/2011 morning – SIRHA show.
